Legal bases are primarily Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests), Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual communication / contract performance), and - where applicable - Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).

3. Hosting and server log files
When you access our website, technically required data may be processed (e.g. IP address, date/time, requested URL, referrer, browser and operating system).
We use this data to operate the site, troubleshoot errors, and protect against abuse.

4. Contact by e-mail
If you contact us by e-mail, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, e-mail address, message content) to handle your request.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual inquiries) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

6. Reach measurement with Matomo

Matomo is loaded only after your consent via the consent banner.
Matomo is self-hosted on our own server at matomo.lavrio.solutions.
Legal bases: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25 TDDDG.
